ORGANIC LOUISIANA CAJUN DIP MIX
 
Our Cajun has been a very popular and versatile dip mix for 
several years. It has just enough of a bite to please as well.
Use it as a rub for meats, fish or poultry. Used for grilling as well.
 
TO MAKE DIP:
Mix package with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cups sour cream. 
 Low fat -free products can be substituted.
Dip onion rings, french fries, veggies, potato chips, tortilla chips.
 
TO MAKE A SPREAD OR CHEESE BALL:
Mix package with two 8 oz. bars of cream cheese. 
Put in refrigerator to harden just enough to form a ball. 
Roll in crushed crackers, chips, parsley or whatever you prefer. 
Serve with veggies, crackers  or bread.
 
 
From the  Bayou, organic Louisiana Cajun is also fantastic
on fish or on your baked potato and makes a superb shrimp dip. 
For shrimp, dip follows the basic dip directions below and 
add 1 lb minced shrimp.
Directions:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package dip mix
 
Refrigerate  1 hour before serving.
